The Chesapeake apartments offer numerous floor plans ranging from a one bedroom, one bath to two bedrooms, two baths, den, and dining room.   All apartments have expansive windows, several closets, washers and dryers and the standard kitchen appliances include:  self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, disposal, and dishwasher.

Some of the services and amenities included in the monthly fee are:  flexible dining plan, housekeeping, scheduled washing of windows, maintenance of grounds (including snow removal), maintenance of all community-owned appliances/equipment, security, urgent call system, fitness center, scheduled transportation for shopping, medical appointments and special event trips (theater, museums, symphony, dining, regional attractions, etc.).
