A cottage at The Chesapeake offers a comfortable and worry-free way of life — all while living in the privacy of your own home.
While living in your cottage, you experience all of the benefits that The Chesapeake has to offer — from the fitness center to on-site health services.
Each cottage has its own garage, and includes such design features as dens, fireplaces and built-in bookcases. Our standard kitchen features a self-cleaning oven, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, convection oven, disposal and dishwasher.
Some of the services and amenities included in the monthly fee are: flexible meal plan, housekeeping, scheduled washing of windows, maintenance of grounds (including snow removal), maintenance of all community-owned appliances/equipment, security, urgent call system, fitness center, scheduled transportation for shopping, medical appointments and special event trips (theater, museums, symphony, dining, regional attractions, etc.).
