January 26: COVID-19 Update
The Chesapeake’s leadership team appreciates your flexibility and understanding as COVID-19 cases are reported in the community.
New Positive Results to Report Are as Follows:
• Two assisted living residents were identified on January 25.
• One healthcare team member was identified on January 25.
• One healthcare resident who was identified on January 26
The COVID-19 positive residents and team members are quarantined and anyone who is identified as having close contact will be contacted directly.
The Virginia Department of Health (VDH) has been notified of the positive case. The Chesapeake’s team continues to follow all VDH recommendations to prevent the spread of the virus.
